Returns & Exchange
What is the return policy for my order?
Returns/exchanges on eligible cases have a 7-day period. We do not accept cases outside of the decided return window.
Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, tags & boxes are all intact.
Note: Please provide 4-5 images of the product from top, bottom & side angles along with an unboxing video to apply for returns. In the event these requirements are not met, we will be unable to entertain the return request.
Can I exchange my product for a different size or colour?
Exchanges are only subjected to fulfilment errors. In order to curate a smooth shopping experience for you- we provide size exchanges for genuine errors on our end.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?

How long does it take to process a return/exchange?
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, which typically takes 4-5 business days, we will issue a gift card, credit, or exchange as appropriate to meet your needs.
Do you accept returns & exchanges on sale items?
We do not accept returns & exchanges on sale items, hot drops and other exempt cases due to stock availability. Kindly double check size and colour details before ordering.
Orders
Is it possible to place an order via phone?
Currently we only accept orders from the website and our stores in Jaipur, Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru and Hyderabad.
Can I modify my order by adding more products after placing it?
We do not accept any changes in the order after placement.
What notifications will I receive after placing my order?
You will receive order confirmation, shipping updates and delivery details on WhatsApp and email.
How can I track my order or check its delivery status?
Once you place your order, you will receive a link with the tracking details.
Payment
Which payment methods can I use at Superkicks?
At Superkicks, we accept digital methods like UPI, Net Banking, Credit & Debit cards EMI options as well as Cash on Delivery.
Do you offer any EMI options?
We offer various buy now pay-later options as well as EMI plans visible on product display pages and during checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
Once you place an order, the shipping address is not changeable. However, for exceptional cases you may write to us at care@superkicks.in.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It takes us 4 to 5 business days to deliver our orders in most cases.
Does Superkicks offer international shipping?
Currently, we offer shipping only in India.
