Handwoven by artisan Pramod ji, the fabric serves as a canvas for intricate kantha embroidery that mirrors the complexity and depth of this emotional state. The design on the back is inspired by the profound shayari “Kitna dil kash ho tum, kitna dil jo hu mein kya sitam ki hum log mar jaaenge” of John Elia. The shayari conveys the profound impact of a beloved's presence on the speaker's heart. It reflects the overwhelming nature of their love and the emotional suffering it causes. The intensity of the beloved's essence is so consuming that it leads the speaker to the point of anguish, suggesting that their love is both beautiful and tormenting.
